Loving Support
This graceful female hand of the Mother Goddess holds a tiny infant
in her open palm. Her fingers gently curl upwards to represent loving
support.
She wears a mala bead around her wrist to indicate the joining of
the mind and heart.
Touch is one of our five senses and conveys tactile communication.
Through this vital interaction we learn more about our world and
each other.
The hand is held in the Buddhashramana Mudra also known as the Renunciation
Gesture, which represents freedom from suffering.
Mother Goddess’ come in many forms.

Sequana the healing Celtic Goddess, Kali the Great Hindu Goddess
